Googling, "The Flipping Formula," displays many results. Many can seem biased because of the lack of knowledge in the topic or their mind wanders to the unknown. Most of these results were derived from people who did not experience the seminars or other sessions provided. Most would brush it off as a scam because it seemed too good to be true. However, Pete and Dave had created an innovation towards a new way of thinking for success. Instead of just looking at biased opinions, let's create a list of the facts known:
Pete and Dave are both very public figures, accumulating 72,889 likes on the Flipping Formula Official Facebook Page as well as 40,620 likes on the Flipping Boston Official Facebook Page. Other Facebook pages exist such as their real estate company, CityLight Homes as well as Peter Souhleris' own celebrity page, each with a few thousand likes.
All of these accounts have shared photos and videos of thousands of people cheering and supporting them on throughout the United States. Furthermore, these account also have photographs of the pair appearing on famous shows such as, the Today Show, Kathy Lee and Hoda Show, and the Rachael Ray Show. The Today Show, focusing mostly on the coverage of news, weather reports, and interviews, would probably not have un-reliable or un-credited individuals appear on their show.
It is also important to notice the consistency of popularity among the pair. Their fame has remain and rose since their premiere of their show featured on A&E. This channel has been steadily popular since the mid 1980's and has competed with other hit shows on the channel. Many online users have even demanded for a new show, episodes, etc.
The pair was also fortunate enough to release other merchandise in their name, such as a book. Their book, entitled, The Flipping Formula, has received five stars on Amazon as well as sold plenty of copies. The pair have also been featured on, "The Boston Globe."
